Who we are

ZARCONIUM is created and operated by Ankit S, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("ZARCONIUM", "we", "us"). By using this site, creating an account or buying anything here, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to buy, to keep your points and to see your orders. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at zarconium.universe@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from the store.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees for India and US Dollars elsewhere, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay and international payments by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a receipt. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is mispriced or unavailable.

Digital products

Digital art, posters, wallpapers, comics and music are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload or use them to train AI models, or use them commercially, without written permission. All characters, names, artwork, music and stories remain the property of ZARCONIUM.

The Path and points

Points are earned by exploring the site or bought as packs. They unlock tiers, characters and Vault items on this site only. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted if earned through misuse. We may change how points are earned or spent; points already bought will not be taken away without a refund.

Coupons

Coupons apply only as described on the coupon, one coupon per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end an offer at any time; coupons already applied to a paid order are honoured.

Donations and support

Donations are voluntary gifts to support the work and are not purchases of goods or services. ZARCONIUM is not a registered charity, so donations are not tax-deductible unless we say otherwise for a specific campaign. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, abuse the points system, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
