What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Order details: what you bought, amounts, coupons used, and the billing address and GSTIN you add for invoices.
• Delivery addresses: name, phone and address, used only to ship physical items.
• Progress on The Path: points, tier, unlocked characters and Vault items.
• Messages you send us: through email, the contact form or job applications.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international), who process your payment details under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To run your account, process orders and deliver downloads or parcels.
• To send receipts, password-reset links and order updates.
• To send news and launch alerts, only if you sign up for them. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to protect our content from unauthorised copying.
• To answer support requests, complaints and grievances.
• To meet tax and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: Razorpay or Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, our email provider, and a courier for physical orders. We do not sell your data.

Support requests and the AI assistant

When you contact us, we keep your name, email, order number and the messages in your request so we can resolve it and show its history in your account. Common questions get a first reply from an automated assistant (ZX Assist), which is clearly labelled as AI. Refunds, complaints, grievances, investment and collaboration requests always go to a person, and you can ask for a person at any time by replying to the ticket. The assistant does not make decisions about refunds or your account.

Security logs

To protect our artwork, music and downloads from copying and tampering, the site records attempts to open developer tools, view source, save pages or copy protected media. A log entry holds the time, the page, the action and, if you are signed in, your account email and browser type. We use these logs only to protect the site and its content, keep them for up to 12 months, and do not use them for advertising. We also log sign-ins and account changes to keep accounts safe.

Cookies and storage

The site stores a few things in your browser: your sign-in session, cart, chosen region and Path progress. These are needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (in India, generally 8 years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove everything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to automated replies and have a person handle your request, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, by writing to zarconium.universe@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in India, these rights include those under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are in the EU or UK, those under the GDPR.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
